- Changes to the European Works Council – corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, changes to the agreement, renewal, renegotiation and termination of the agreement

We have provided training to the EWCs at the likes of AON, Atos, easyJet, GE Aviation, International Paper, Philip Morris, RBS, Ricoh, RSA and Thomas Cook.
Training is delivered by Philip Sack, Greg Holder, Brian Lewis and/or Lesley Eden who between them have deep expertise and long practical experience of European Works Councils. We have also delivered joint training with the UK trade union Unite in the past.
